Is there a discount available if I am buying a plot for my daughter?

Open Plots, in its quest to empower and enable girl children, offers a straight discount of Rs. 500/- per square yard to every customer who is buying the plot(s) to invest in the future of his daughter.

What are the documents required to buy plots from Open Plots?

The documentation required includes your PAN Card, Aadhar Card, and 2 passport size photos

What are the documentation and registration charges?

These are the expenses incurred in process of documentation including legal counsel fee, stamp duty, and other related charges at the time of registration

Can I transfer plots to someone else’s name?

Yes. You can transfer your plot to someone else. Open Plots charges a transfer fee of Rs. 1000/- per square yard for every such transfer.

How long does it take to get the plot registered in my name?

The plot registration process takes anywhere between 4-8 weeks from the date of realization of the total payment.

What are the refund norms if I want to cancel my booking?

Only 50% of the amount can be refunded as the balance is deducted towards expenses of marketing and administration.

How easy is it to resell plots in Open Plots projects? Will Open Plots also help me reselling my plot?

We believe that you need to remain invested for a long-term to really benefit from the appreciation that Open Plots provide. By way of selling plots, it is easy to sell Open Plots as they provide excellent returns.

Open Plots does not support in re-selling plots.
